Short answer: No, depending on what you mean!
If you don't have a group of friends to play with, that's okay! We have public lobbies you can join and play to meet new fellow Crewmates... and Impostors.
If you are talking about a single player Among Us mode with no other players, then no. The core of Among Us is to be a social deduction game with friends, so it isn't something you can do by yourself. Even with bots or AI, it wouldn't be as fun as with real people. The only exception to this is in Freeplay mode.
In Freeplay you have the ability to go to any of the maps and explore, try out the different tasks, switch your roles, and see dummy Crewmates on the map, and possibly betray them.
