Did you notice if this error happened after the app has been left idle for over 10-15 minutes? If yes, this is expected. A simple restart of the game will fix this issue.
If after restarting the game the issue still persists, please answer the following questions in a ticket to us:
- Is this consistently happening?
- Is this happening upon first boot up or always?
- Have you tried restarting the game to resolve the issue?
- What is your Account ID? (You can find this in Settings)
- Your Among Us game version
- Your platform
