To protect our younger players, you cannot change your age once it has been submitted. You will need to go through a short process to establish age permissions:
- Enter your parent's/guardian's email address (or your own email address) on your device when prompted.
- The owner of the email address receives an email with a link (This link expires after 24 hours).
- They need to click on the link to go to Kids Web Services site. From there, they'll be able to edit permissions for Free Chat and custom display names.
If you're in the US, EU, or Brazil, your parent/guardian (or you) must verify their identity with a credit card. Please note that we cannot change your age. You can find out more about SuperAwesome's age verification process here.
If you are 13-years-old or older in the United States, you may use Free Chat. Here are the age requirements for using Free Chat in other regions:
