If you tried to merge your accounts by following these steps and are having issues, try to do it using a different internet browser. You can also try merging in your browser's incognito mode. If you aren't sure whether your account merge was successful, take a look at each account you tried to merge and see if they have the same account ID.
If you are still encountering errors, don't worry! Please submit a ticket and one of our agents will look into the issue for you. And then please STOP trying to link your account until an agent can look into it (attempting to link again might cause more issues, so it's better to just be patient).
Here is some context you can provide to help us pinpoint the problem and try to figure out how to resolve the issue:
- Screenshot of the error message you're receiving
- Which platforms you are trying to merge together (remember, linking is not currently available for Nintendo and Playstation accounts)
- If you're trying to merge a child account with an adult account
- What you did before the error occurred, and what were you trying to do
- How many times you tried to merge the accounts where the issue occurred
